超声引导在建立经皮肾镜取石术工作通道中的应用价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨超声引导在建立经皮肾镜取石术工作通道中的应用价值。方法应用超声引导对75例肾及输尿管上段结石患者建立经皮肾镜工作通道后,行经皮肾镜取石术。结果75例患者均建立理想的操作通道,无胸膜损伤、腹腔脏器损伤、肾盂撕裂、肾脏穿通伤等操作并发症。取石率为97.3%(73/75)。结论超声引导穿刺可以为经皮肾镜取石术提供实时、安全、准确的工作通道,对经皮肾镜取石术具有重要的应用价值。 Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound in establishing renal channel in percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PNL).Methods Seventy-five patients with renal and/or upper ureteral calculi were treated with PNL after the renal channel was established under the guide of ultrasound.Results All operations were performed successfully and optimal working channels were established.No major complications as injury of pleura and abdominal organs,laceration of renal pelvis,penetrating wound of kidney were occurred.Stone-free rate was 97.3%(73/75).Conclusion Ultrasound can provide real time,safe and accurate imaging-orientation in establishing wording channel in PNL.It is of great value to improve the efficiency and safety of PNL.
