摘要
目的探讨替罗非班、氯吡格雷、曲美他嗪联用治疗急性冠脉综合征的效果及安全性。方法选择符合入选标准186例住院病例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予盐酸替罗非班,氯吡格雷,曲美他嗪。对照组单用低分子肝素。观察2组非血运重建患者心绞痛缓解情况、彩色超声多普勒(CDFI)心功能不全改善情况、终点指标变化、出血事件;血运重建1年内冠脉再狭窄情况。结果2组总疗效比较观察组高于对照组。观察组治疗前后射血分数(LVEF)有明显改善,治疗后心功能恢复正常范围,而对照组治疗前后LVEF心功能虽有改善,但不明显,且未恢复正常范围;血运重建观察组再狭窄率明显低于对照组;2组出血事件均以轻度为主,凝血功能未见明显异常;观察组死亡率明显低于对照组,再发心梗事件差异无统计学意义。结论在严密监测血小板和凝血试验(APTT)情况下,替罗非班、氯吡格雷、曲美他嗪联用治疗急性冠脉综合征疗效明显,死亡率低,再狭窄明显减少,使用安全。
Objective Inquiry into tirofiban hydrochloride,trimetazidine dihydrochloride tablets.Unite to use acute coronary syndrome,ACS）curative effect and safety for Luo.Method Choose to match to select standard 186 hospitalized cases,random is divided into observation set and matched control,the observation set gives the hydrochloric acid tirofiban hydrochloride,trimetazdine.The matched control list is used the low mark sub-heparin.Observe two sets of non-bloods to carry to rebuild sufferer＇s angina pectoris to alleviate circumstance,CDFI heart function to not and all improve circumstance,terminal point index sign variety,bleed affairs;The blood carries to rebuild hat vein in a year the narrow circumstance is again.Results Two sets of total curative effect,the observation set is higher than a matched control.The observation set cures front and back LVEF has obvious improvement,the heart function recovers normal scope after the treatment,while the matched control example cures front and back LVEF heart although the function has an improvement,not obvious,and don＇t recover normal scope;The blood carries a reconstruction observation set again the narrow rate is more obviously low than a matched control,Two sets of issue of blood affairses all regard light degree as principle,the Ning blood function didn＇t see obviously and unusually;The observation set death is more obviously low than a matched control and deliver heart Geng again the affairs difference have no statistics to learn meaning.Conclusion Under the tight monitor blood platelets and APTT circumstance,tirofiban hydrochloride,trimetazidine dihydrochloride tablets unite to have obvious curative effect with the impatient hat vein comprehensive disease,the death rate is low,again narrow obviously reduce,use a safety.
