摘要
目的确定冰片β-环糊精包合物最佳制备工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交实验法,以包合温度、冰片与β-环糊精的比例、搅拌时间为考察因素,以冰片的包封率和收得率为考察指标,优选饱和水溶液法包合的最佳工艺,并对包合工艺进行验证。结果β-环糊精包合冰片的最佳制备工艺:包合温度30℃,冰片与β-环糊精的比例1∶6(g/g),搅拌时间6 h。冰片的收得率达96.22%,包封率达82.02%。结论优选的β-环糊精包合工艺简单易行,适合生产。
Objective To ensure the optimal inclusion technology for borneol β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound preparation.Methods With the evaluation index of the β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex yield rate,the inclusion rate in inclusion complex,the L9(34)orthogonal test was employed to optimize the best saturated water solution method inclusion technology.Results The optimal inclusion technology was that the l borneol to β-cycle-dextrin was 1∶6(g/g),churning for 6 hours at 30 ℃.The rate and yield of borneol-β-cyclodextrin are 96.22% and 82.02%.Conclusion This optimal inclusion technology is reasonable and easy to be applied to mass production.
