经鼻持续气道正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征临床观察被引量：10

摘要目的评价经鼻持续气道正压通气(n-CPAP)治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)疗效。方法经多导睡眠图(PSG)确诊,符合治疗条件的OSAHS患者,用n-CPAP治疗,对比治疗1月后PSG结果,并观察临床症状、体重指数(BMI)、Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)变化。结果治疗后AHI、AI、HI、最长呼吸暂停时间均明显下降,夜间最低SaO2明显提高,Ⅲ+Ⅳ期睡眠明显增加,统计学差异有显著意义。日间困倦等临床症状明显缓解,ESS评分治疗前后也有显著差异。结论n-CPAP是内科治疗OSAHS的有效方法。
