云南亚高原的平原新入伍士兵与本地同年新入伍士兵心肺运动耐力比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解平原新入伍进入云南亚高原的士兵与本地同年新入伍士兵运动耐力的差异。方法选取某部驻滇部队2003年新入伍士兵61人作为两组研究对象,其中平原新入伍士兵为31人,世居当地新入伍的士兵30人,采用德国耶格公司生产的运动心肺功能仪,用极量运动试验,测定运动不同时期心肺功能指标,并进行统计分析。结果平原新入伍进入云南亚高原的士兵无氧阈状态时,摄氧量(VO2)(1248.26±208.81 ml/min)、每公斤体重摄氧量(VO2/kg)(21.00±3.52 ml/kg.min-1)、氧脉搏(VO2/HR)(8.65±1.42 ml/beat)、代谢当量(MET)(5.77±0.90)较本地同年新入伍士兵低(1393.50±256.10ml/min,23.22±3.96 ml/kg.min-1,9.61±1.56 ml/beat,6.40±1.09,P<0.05),而在运动至力竭时,两组以上指标差异均无统计学意义。结论平原入伍进入亚高原地区的新兵运动耐力较低,且主要是由于肌肉氧利用能力比较低,因此训练中应采用低于本地同年新入伍士兵的运动强度。 Objective The cardiopulmonary exercise testing was performed in recruits from plain to Yunnan sub-plateau and local recruits. The results were compared in order to direct whether there is a change in exercise tolerance. Methods Thirty recruits from plain to Yunnan sub-plateau and 30 local recruits had the cardiopulmonary exercise testing. The progressively incremental exercise test was conducted. Results The data reported that oxygen uptake( O2 ) ,oxygen uptake per kilo body mass( O2/Kg) ,oxygen pulse(O2/HR) ,metabolic equivalent(MET) of recruits from the plain were significantly lower than those from the local during anaerobic threshold anaerobic threshold(AT) state. These exercise variables did not differ between the two groups during the maximum tolerance state. Conclusion The exercise tolerance of recruits from plain to Yunnan sub-plateau significantly decrease compared with the local recruits. The decrease of oxygen consumption of muscles is the main reason of exercise capacity limitation. Therefore the different training intensity may be accepted.
