分根处理对大豆固氮活性的影响

摘要 本文通过分根试验研究了缺硼对大豆Bragg.cv[Glycinemax(L.)Mer.]的生长和根瘤固氮活性影响。结果表明,生长在无硼营养液一侧的根系出现缺硼症状、根瘤数和根瘤固氮酶活性下降、而且其根瘤结构也被破坏;而生长在加硼一侧的根系和根瘤生长都正常;分根试验的整个地上部生长也正常。这些结果说明了缺硼条件下,根瘤数和根瘤固氮活性的下降并不是由于植物生长不良引起的,同时也说明了硼对根瘤的发育及功能的发挥都起着重要的作用。
