精轧孔型系统的优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 为提高12mm热轧带肋钢筋、12mm热轧光圆钢筋的负偏差轧制水平,石横特钢厂对精轧孔型进行了优化设计。对12mm热轧带肋钢筋成品孔基圆采用单半径全负偏差设计,成品前孔采用浅槽大轴比设计;对12mm热轧光圆钢筋成品孔采用小扩张角、切线代弧法全负偏差设计;同时对成品再前孔实行30°扩张角、切线代弧法、大辊缝浅槽设计,使负偏差减重率达到了6.4%。 The optimizing design is done to finisher system of Shiheng special steel works for enhancing minus tolerance rolling level of 12mm hot rolled ribmet and 12mm hot rolled rounds.The optimizing design consisted of to do single radius all minus tolerance design for finishing groove base round of 12mm hot rolled ribmet and to do big axiale ratio design with shallow slot at fore finishing groove,to do all minus tolerance design with small divergence angle and tangent replaced by arc method for the finshing groove of 12mm round steel,at the same time to do 30° divergence angle and big roll gap with shallow slot design for fore fore finishing groove,thus the reducing weight ratio used of minus tolerancen method is up to 6 4%。
