摘要
论述了精锻汽车差速器行星齿轮原模具结构存在的问题，提出了新型模具结构和工艺。生产实践表明，新型模具和工艺可显著提高模具寿命和生产效率，降低材料消耗。
In this paper,the problems of ariginal dies for precision forging plant gear of automobile differential are described. A new type of die and newprocess are presented. Production proving,the die's lifetime and productivity are greatly increased,material consumed is decreased.
