摘要
本文从汽车板簧的力学特性和电液伺服系统相结合的角度,对电液伺服板簧试验机系统进行了理论分析和试验研究。指出板簧动态试验时变形和负荷的控制不宜相互替代,采用新的模型跟随自适应控制方法,有效地解决了电液伺服板簧试验机中波形失真和试验加载频带问题。
In this paper, the laminated spring testing machine system including both laminated spring and electrohydraulic servo system is analysed in theory and studied by experimence. It shown that force-control and position control should not be substituted each other in dynamical testing of laminated spring. The problems of waveform distortion and esting bandwidth in laminated spring testing machine haved been solved effectively.
