摘要
辨析竞争情报(CI)存在的认知盲点与CI活动盲点,其中CI认知盲点主要包括CI地位盲点、CI内容盲点、CI形式盲点、不信任盲点,CI活动盲点主要包括CI规划盲点、CI收集盲点、CI分析盲点与CI传播盲点;并提出多种建议来帮助企业与员工克服这些CI盲点。
The blind spots of cognition in Competitive Intelligence (CI) and the blind spots of CI activities are analyzed. The blind spots of cognition mainly include those of CI status, CI content, CI form and the mistrust among people, and the blind spots of CI activities mainly include those of CI planning, CI collection, CI analysis and CI dissemination. The paper gives some suggestions for enterprises and employees to overcome these blind spots.
