摘要
提出了一种全新的转子热稳定实验检测方法,并设计了实用的测试系统。该方法一改传统的测试物外设置测量基准点的方法,而将测试基点设在测试物之上,通过对测试物变形引起的不同点相对位移来考核物体变形量。这种方法可以有效地降低检测过程中的外界干扰,提高测量精度和可靠性。
A new method and the practical system for heat-stabilization experiment of mid-low tension rotor were designed. The method is different from the traditional method that set the measuring basis out the measuring body; the basis point was set on the measuring body themselves. The deforming of the body will be measured by test the relative displacement of the different point of the body. In this way,the environment disturb on the examination may effectively reduced and the measure precision be improved.
