摘要
利用光镜和扫描电镜观察了形变Cu 3Ag 10Cr原位复合材料 (η =3 95 )退火时Cr纤维形态的变化 .研究发现 ,Cr纤维不稳定性表现为四个阶段 :纵向分裂、圆柱状化、断开、球化和粗化。分析了其机理并测定了断开动力学曲线。
In this paper the shape changes of Cr filaments in Cu\|Ag\|Cr in situ composite during annealing were observed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results found that the instability of Cr plates has four stages: longitudinal splitting, cylinderization, breakup, spheroidization and roughing. The mechanisms of instability of Cr plates was analysed and provided. The breakup kinetics of Cr filaments was monitored by quantitative methallography.
