摘要
目前,制冷行业内关于双级压缩的理论和研究都是相对于活塞式压缩机和螺杆式压缩机而言,在涡旋式压缩机日益盛行的今天,迫切需要关于涡旋式双级压缩的试验和应用。本文从实际应用出发,介绍涡旋式单机准双级压缩系统的优点、计算及其在机组中的实际应用,最后从试验的角度验证涡旋式单机准双级压缩机的优点。
At present, many studies and theories on two-stage compressing in refrigeration industry are about reciprocating compressor and screw compressor. But today when scroll compressor is getting more and more popular, tests and applications on scroll type two-stage compressing is become necessary. From practical appliation, introduces the features and calculation of single quasi-two-stage scroll compression system, and its actual application on VRV systems. Finally, validates the features of scroll type single quasi- two-stage compressor by experiment.
