摘要
作为建筑节能关键技术之一的建筑外墙外保温体系,在理论研究和技术应用方面都有了丰富的经验。针对建筑外墙外保温发展的趋势和存在的问题,提出了不断完善外墙保温技术体系与规范、加强新技术的开发和推广、注重全过程的外墙保温节能质量管理、构建政策与经济激励的长效机制等对策建议,真正使建筑节能关键技术的推广应用做到技术上可行、经济上合理。
Considerable theories and experience have been accumulated both in theoretical research and technical application of exterior wall insulation on the exterior surface, one of the key technologies. In order to make the energy-saving of building economically reasonable and technologically feasible, some suggestions are proposed, such as improving technical system and specifications of EWIES (exterior wall insulation on the exterior surface) , hightening development and promotion of the new technology, focusing on energy-saving quality management of EWIES, developing long-term mechanism of policies and economic incentives.
