摘要
目的：建立当归补血胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,以甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸（40：60）为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为320nm,柱温：30℃。结果：阿魏酸的线性范围为0.0306～0.4900μg,r2=0.9997;平均回收率为97.7%,RSD=1.2%（n=5）。结论：该方法稳定,准确,操作简单,可用于当归补血胶囊的质量控制。
Objective： To develop a method for determining Ferullic acid in Dangguibuxue Jiaonang Methods： Analysis was carried out using a C18 column （250mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm） with methanol-1% glacial acetic acid （40： 60） as the mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. The wavelength was 320nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃ . Results： The calibration curves of Ferullic acid were at the range of 0.0306-0.4900 μ g, r^2=0.9997.The average recoveries were 97.7%, RSD=1.2%（n=5）. Conclusion： The method is stable, accurate and simple for the quality control of Dangguibuxue Jiaonang.
