摘要
癃闭的病因病机较为复杂,其病位在下焦,故历代医家治疗本病多从肾与膀胱着手进行论治,而中医理论认为膀胱气化功能的正常有赖于肾、肝、肺、脾等多个脏腑的共同参与来完成,故一个环节的病变均可引起癃闭的发生。"肺为水之上源",因此审证求因、从肺着手亦不失为一种很好的论治思路。
