摘要
目的:探讨肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征与机体慢性炎症状态的关系并观察中药大补阴煎的治疗作用。方法:选取符合肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征诊断标准的患者30例及正常对照组15例,检测血清中IL-6、TNFα的水平。对肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者给予中药大补阴煎加味治疗3个月,观察治疗前后患者的中医证候、Kupperman评分以及血清IL-6、TNFα的水平。结果:肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者血清IL-6、TNFα水平显著高于正常对照组(分别为P<0.05,P<0.01);患者用大补阴煎加味治疗3个月后中医证候总有效率达90%,Kupperman评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),血清IL-6、TNFα水平较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征的发生与机体的慢性炎症状态有关;大补阴煎加味对肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征有显著疗效。
Objective： To explore the relationship between Shenyin asthenia type of perimenopausal syndrome and chronic inflammatory state; to observe the effect of Dabuyin Decoction on treating this type of perimenopausal syndrome. Method： 30 patients suffering from Shenyin asthenia type of perimenopausal syndrome were selected and 15 healthy women were also selected as the control group. Serum IL-6 and TNFα levels were assayed by ELISA; Dabuyin Decoction was given to patients for 3 months and the TCM syndromes, Kupperman Index and Serum IL-6 and TNFα levels were detected before and after treatment. Results： Serum IL-6 and TNFα levels of patients of Shenyin asthenia type of perimenopausal syndrome were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05 and P〈0.01 respectively）; 90% TCM syndromes were alleviated after 3 months of treatment with Dabuyin Decoction. Kupperman Index after 3 months of treatment was significantly lower than that of before treatment（P〈0.01）, and Serum IL-6 and TNFα levels were also lower than those of before treatment（P〈0.05 and P〈0.01 respectively）. Conclusion： Shenyin asthenia type of perimenopausal syndrome may be related to the chronic inflammatory state of organism; Dabuyin Decoction is effective on this syndrome and can better the chronic inflammatory state of organism.
