摘要
模糊逻辑诊断技术在一定程度上模拟了人处理模糊信息的思维方法,为机器故障诊断的研究和发展注入了新的活力.本文提出了一种新的模糊逻辑诊断算法,并给出了模糊逻辑诊断算法整体性能的综合评判指标.该算法继承了常用算法中的取小(“∧”)运算,而将常用算法中的取大(“∨”)及累加(“Σ”)运算发展为连乘(“Π”)运算,以求得故障存在的可能度.将其用于某工程机械液压系统的故障诊断。
Fuzzy logic diagnostic technology simulates human thinking methods of dealing with fuzzy information in some degree,which brings out new activation for the research and development of machine fault diagnosis.In this paper a new fuzzy logic diagnostic method and its whole quality criterion are put forward.It continues to use the general algorithm's min(∧) operation,and replaces max(∨) operation and Σ operation by Π operation ; thus resolves the probability of diagnosis.This method was applied to fault diagnosis on hydraulic system of engineering machinery and the results are very good.
