摘要
设计了一类专家系统，可实时地诊断出隧道窑生产工况故障和仪表设备故障，以保障隧道窑生产过程能可靠、稳定地运行．仿真研究证明了方法的可行性．
The production process of tunnel kiln, may be disturbed by many factors. Its thermo-process is of a nonlinear multivariable system. To operate the kiln safely, an expert system for diagnose faults is developed, which diagnoses both the operating mode fault and the instrument fault online by mon-accurate reasoning. the simulation test result shows that the system is effective.
