摘要
在湿化学共沉淀法制备超细微粉工艺过程中,团聚问题是一个常见也是难以解决的问题,而湿凝胶表面的吸附水是团聚产生的一个主要原因。文章采用非均相共沸蒸馏法以正丁醇为夹带剂对水合氢氧化锆凝胶进行脱水,克服了粉体硬团聚的形成。经干燥,煅烧后成功地制成了氧化锆纳米晶微粉(dTEM=20nm)。
In the process of ultrafine powder preparation through chemical coprecipitation methods, agglomeration phenomenon is a common and troublesome problem.A key factor leading to agglomeration is the water molecules attached to the gel.In the paper the heterogeneous azeotropic distillation process is adoped to dehydrate the hydrous zirconia gel while n-butanol is used as azeotropic solvent.After drying and calcining the gel,zirconia ultrafine powder without hard agglomeration (d TEM =20 nm )is obtained.
