摘要
在票据理论和法律实践的基础上，对企业运营管理中票据权利、票据犯罪等问题作了深入研究和探讨，详细论述了票据权利的保护、票据犯罪的特征，并在此基础上提出了保护票据权利、防止票据犯罪发生的有效措施。
A study of the problems and an approach to the ones concerning instruments crime committing is made directly against the instrument right in the enterprise management and its operation according to the instrument theory and to the law practice upon which the paper details the instruments right protection, the feature in instruments crime committing. Therefrom, the protection of instrument right is raised and claimed as well as effective measures to prevent the instruments from being plotted of crime.
