摘要
在国务院推进重庆市统筹城乡改革和发展的大好形势下,重庆高等教育资源虽然面临良好发展机遇的优势,但是高校总体数量较少,建设投入不足以及使用效能等问题,使得供需矛盾突出,制约着城乡统筹发展。通过调整高等教育资源布局,改革资源配置方式,多种办学模式有机结合,实施产学研一体化行动计划以及加大资金投入等措施,可以进一步推进与城乡统筹发展相适应的高等教育资源建设。
In a very good situation where the State Council promotes balanced urban and rural reform and development of Chongqing, Chongqing higher education resources faces a good opportunity for development and other advantages, but such problems as fewer number of colleges and universities in general, inadequate investment in the construction of educational resources and lower utilization effi- ciency, etc. , make the obvious contradiction between supply and demand, which restricts the bal- anced urban and rural development. This paper puts forward further promoting the construction of higher education resources that accords with the balanced urban and rural development by adjusting the layout of higher education resources, reforming resource allocation, and exploring a variety of educational models, and taking an integrated plan of action for production and research and increased capital investment.
