双珍多糖肽的制备及其保健功能 被引量:2

摘要 香菇、金针菇经纤维素酶水解,获得以多糖为主的营养抽提物,牛肉经胰蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶水解,获得水解动物蛋白(HAP),再配以甘草和大枣抽提物,经真空浓缩、干燥,制备成营养保健食品双珍多糖肽。本产品能促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化,提高自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)活性,增加直接空斑形成细胞(PFC)数目,但对小鼠吞噬功能无影响。因此,在本实验条件下,双珍多糖肽能增强小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫水平,具有一定的动物免疫调节作用。水解动物蛋白(HAP)分子量分布在100~4800,必须氨基酸含量丰富,氨基酸构成符合人体需求模式,且易被机体消化吸收。本产品能提高免疫能力,增强体质。 Nutrient extracts,which mainly contain polysaccharides,are obtained from lentinus edodesand flammulina vetipes by cellulase to hydrolyze Hydrolyzed animal protein(HAP)is obtained from beef by trypsin and neutral protease These hydrolysates,supplemented with extracts from glycyrrhiza and Chinese date,are vacuum concentrated and dried,then the nutrition health food-two delicacies polysaccharide-peptide(TDPP)is obtained This product can promote transformation of mouse spleen lymph cell,improve activity of NK cell and raise number of PFC,but it has no effect on mouse phagocytosis In this research,the results show that TDPP enhances the level of mouse celluar and humoral immunity and has certain immunoregulation effect on animals MW of the HAP are distributed over 100 4800 The HAP rich in essential AA,can be digested and absorbed easily This product can raise immunity and build up health
