摘要
为客观评价石羊河流域群众的节水意识,对该流域群众节水意识的现状进行了实地调研和问卷调查,并采用德尔菲法(Delphi)和层次分析法(AHP)建立石羊河流域群众节水意识评价指标体系。指标体系共设3层,9个指标。根据各层指标权重,通过模糊综合评价模型对问卷调查结果进行定量分析。结果显示:石羊河流域群众节水意识强、中、差的比例分别为64.54%、23.47%和9.11%,流域大部分群众具有较强的节水意识。
In order to evaluate the masses' water-saving consciousness in Shiyang River Basin objectively, we choose an on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire to study masses' water-saving consciousness. An assessment index system for masses' water-saving consciousness in Shi-yang River Basin is established in this paper by combining Delphi with AHP methods. The index system consists of three layers including nine indexes. According to the weight of each index, the quantitative evaluation of questionnaire is carried out by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The results show that most of the valley people have an excellent awareness of water conservation. The percentages of three groups of people who have water-saving consciousness is 64. 54 %, 23. 47 % and 9. 11%.
