摘要
选用20g焊接试板,在不同的冷弯角下进行冷弯试验;利用网格划分方法,测得焊接接头试样冷弯后试样表面拉伸塑性应变,从而建立冷弯角与塑性应变的数学模型;并结合焊接接头各区域的冲击韧性值,对冷弯开裂的原因进行分析.
Structure steel 20 g is used as a welded joint specimen to perform the cold bending test in different angles.By means of grids method,the surface tension plastic strains are measured after bending.The mathematic models of bending angles versus plastic strains have been set up.In addition,the impact tough values in different zones of welded joint are analysed to explain the reasons of cracking. [
