基于粗糙集理论的转速悬挂故障诊断规则

摘要 针对外场收集故障信息具有不完全性和不精确的客观现实,利用粗糙集理论适合于处理系统信息表达不完备、信息冗余的特点,在对某型航空发动机外场转速悬挂故障收集资料分析处理的基础上,应用粗糙集理论,提取故障特征,建立决策表并对其进行简化,根据简化后的决策表得到该型发动机的转速悬挂故障诊断案例规则库。通过2起外场转速悬挂故障的诊断实例,验证了该诊断规则的有效性。 Because of the imperfection and inaccuracy of the fault information from fault sites, the rough set theory is often used to deal with the imperfection and inaccuracy of the information. According to the information on aeroengine rotary speed suspension faults, and based on the rough set theory, the common features of the fauhs were abstracted, and a decision table was established. Then the decision table was simplified, according to which a diagnosis rule database for aeroengine suspension defaults was established. Based on two suspension fault cases, the diagnosis rule database was validated, and it proved to be effective.
