摘要
为了解决HF3实际生产中产生的胶条脱落及C柱外翻问题,文章介绍了利用试验及统计的方法,在原设计的基础之上通过对比、分析和优化更改设计方案,使这2个问题得到圆满解决。同时在成本少量增加的前提下解决了实际生产问题,并提出了与专业公司走联合开发可以缩短开发周期,节省费用的新思路。
In order to solve the falling off of HF3 this paper introduces the methods based on ex comparison, analysis and optimization. Therefore a little amount, the practical problems are solved adhesive tape and corner eversion of C pillar in practical production, periments and statistics as well as changes the design concept by the two problems are addressed successfully. While increasing cost in and a new method of joint exploitation with a much more professional corporation is put forward, which can shorten the development cycle and save expenditure
