摘要
目前应用的偏心正时张紧轮耐久性试验设备已不能适应发展的需要,文章通过对偏心正时张紧轮装置的失效原因分析以及客户的要求,介绍了偏心正时张紧轮耐久性测试设备的设计过程。设备基于虚拟仪器控制技术,采用全自动控制方式和加速寿命试验方法,加权实际应用场合或特定应用场合下影响主要工作参数的各种因素,指出该设备适用于多种类型的偏心正时张紧轮的耐久性测试,自动化程度高,提高了试验数据的可靠性。
The currently adopted eccentric timing tensioner durability testing equipment cannot meet the demand of development any more. The design process of eccentric timing tensioner durability testing equipment is introduced through analyzing the reason of invalidation of eccentric timing tensioner and the need for client. The equipment, based on virtual instrument technique, adopts the fully automatic controlling mode and the testing method of accelerating life By analyzing different factors affecting the main operational parameters under some practical or specific application conditions, this paper points out that this equipment is applicable to the eccentric timing tensioner durability testing in different varieties. With intensified of automation, this design can improve the reliability of testing data.
