摘要
目的观察盐酸米诺环素软膏局部治疗早期智齿冠周炎的临床疗效;方法将我院诊治的早期智齿冠周炎112例随机分成治疗组57例和对照组55例,分别用盐酸米诺环素软膏和碘甘油局部治疗,并观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.98%,对照组总有效率为76.34%,两者有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏局部治疗早期智齿冠周炎疗效较显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of minocycline hydrochloride ointment on early wisdom teeth periodontitis. Methods 112 cases with early wisdom teeth periodontitis were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group composed by 57 cases were locally treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment, and the control group composed by 55 cases were treated with iodine glycerine. The clinical effects were observed. Results The effective rate of treatment group and control group were respectively 92.98% and 76.34%. Conclusion The effects of minocyeline hydrochloride ointment is significant to locally treat the early wisdom teeth periodontitis.
