原始性创新:效率、分布性主体间的交互机制 被引量:21

摘要 首先,依据知识的分布性,提出了原始性创新具有分布性。并在此基础上提出了原始性创新效率系数的概念,而这一效率系数又是决定原始性创新成败的关键。其次,原始性创新分布性主体之间通过社会网络形成社会交互机制,并妥善解决了分布主体之间的知识产权问题、增强了组织柔性、降低了不确定性以及提升了组织资源的互补能力。最后,研究表明差异化的政府激励机制有利于协调原始性创新的分布性问题;纯基础研究原始性创新和应用基础研究原始性创新的匹配是原始性创新可持续性的关键;"科学共同体"内部信任机制是解决原始性创新分布性的枢纽;知识溢出区域的形成是原始性创新互动机制存在的重要环境。 First, this paper, based on the distributedness of knowledge, proposes that the participants of original innovation are also characterized as distributedness and the proportion of pure basic research original innovation (P - 01) and applied basic research original innovation ( A -OI) consists of the coefficient of original innovation. Although there is no specific requirement for its magnitude, this coefficient plays a pivotal role in both economic development and social evolution for a certain region. Second, there should be social interactive mechanisms, from the perspective of social networks, among distributed participants of original innovation. Moreover, these interactive mechanisms would successfully coordinate intellectual property right, enhance organizational flexibilities, reduce uncertainties, and leverage resource eomplementarities for players in the original innovation. Finally, this research demonstrates that the distributedness of original innovation would be resolved through heterogeneous government incentive policies, the balance of P - OI and A - OI would be pivotal to sustainable original innovation, the trust mechanisms in the community of science is the cornerstone of original innovation, and the region of knowledge spillovers should consist of the effective environment for original innovation.
