摘要
资本市场与证券投资基金之间是否存在着相互促进、共同繁荣的良性互动以及如何实现,这是一个理论和实践上都存在争议的课题,本文通过构建资本市场与证券投资基金互动机制及约束条件,并以此分析中国资本市场与证券投资基金互动关系,研究表明资本市场能促进证券投资基金的发展。
There are disputes in theory and practices that whether there are benign interactivisms between capital markets and securities investment funds that the two can promote and thrive each other, and how to make it. By constructed the benign interactivisms framework between capital markets and securities investment funds, this paper have empirical analysis the interactivisms practices of our capital markets and securities investment funds, demonstrating that there aren＇t benign interaetivisms, that is the capital markets have promoted the securities investment funds, while the latter have not promoted the former.
