摘要
社会主义新农村建设是国家的重大决策,大学生"村官"政策作为其中重要的战略举措发挥了积极的作用,同时面临着制度层面的博弈;大学生"村官"群体也面临着复杂的自我博弈、与村民的博弈以及与村干部的博弈等。如何协调各种利益博弈,实现资源的优化组合,将是未来大学生"村官"政策发展与新农村建设的关键。
The socialism new rural reconstruction is the national significant decision-making, as an important strategic action the policy of university student ＂village official＂ has played the positive role, and it is facing system gambling at the same time.what＇s more ,unviersity students ＂village official＂ groups are also faced with complex self-gambling, and villagers＂ gambling as well as with village cadre＇s gambling.How to coordinate various benefit gambling, realize resources optimum composition, will be the future key to the policy development of university student ＂＇village official＂ and the new rural reconstruction.
