摘要
本文介绍了一种新的活体取样技术-微渗析活体取样。它通过将渗析管直接插入脑、组织及器官等部位,达到测定其中的化学信息物质的目的。同时本文将该技术与高压液相色谱-电化学检测(HPLC-EC)联用测定了大鼠脑尾核处的单胺类递质,获得了满意的结果,展示了微渗析技术在活体分析中的应用前景。
This thesis, after giving a presentation of microosmosis intravital sampling, a now sampling technique by which the substances of chemical information of the human brains, tissues and organs can be detected through inserting an osmosis tube into the parts in question proceeds to analyze the combined use of this technique with the high-pressure liquidoid chromatogram—electrochemical detection (HPLC-EC) to detect the monoamine transmitters in the caudaturn rat, an experimentation that has produced satisfactory resuits, showing great prospects of future application of the microosmosis technique to intravital analysis.
