摘要
以氮肥厂的三气为原料采用管式反应器进行烃的合成反应,建立了CO的转化率同床层温度变化的一维数学模型.用此模型参考设计条件对该反应器进行的模拟计算,其结果与设计参数和实际观察值较为吻合.
On the basis of hydrocarbon synthesis reaction in pipe reactor with the three gases from nitrogenous fertilizer mill as raw material, the one-dimensional mathematical model is formed of CO transformation rate on temperature fluctuations at the bed strato,The -results,analogically calculaled in accordance with the model and with reference to design conditions, tally with design parameters and actual measurements.
