摘要
根据二氧化氯与酪氨酸显色反应的特性,发现除了490nm显色反应吸收峰外,306nm有一更强的吸收峰,同样可利用比色法测定二氧化氯的含量,该法测定二氧化氯的浓度范围可扩展为2.5~25.0mg/L。
This paper reports a stronger absorption peak at 306nm, apart from the previous discovery of absorption peak at 490nm based on the character of color reaction of chlorine dioxide reacting with tyrosine. The concentration of chlorine dioxide can be determined by colorimetric method at the both absorption peaks. This method can determined the concentration of chlorine dioxide at levels from 2.5 to 25. 0mg/L.
