摘要
目的比较玻璃体切割、白内障摘除联合和分期手术对角膜内皮的影响。方法32例(32眼)患者,16例(16眼)行玻璃体切割联合白内障摘除术(联合手术组),16例(16眼)行分期手术(分期手术组)。检测两组患者手术前后的角膜内皮细胞密度和六角形细胞。结果两组患者角膜内皮细胞密度手术前后及术后组间比较P均>0.05;两组患者角膜内皮六角形细胞比例手术前后相比P均<0.05,术后组间比较P>0.05。结论联合和分期手术都会导致角膜内皮细胞的减少,改变角膜内皮细胞形态。联合与分期手术对角膜内皮的影响无明显差异。
Objective To compare the effects on corneal endothelium between combined and staged surgery in patients with retinopathy and cataract. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients （32 eyes） were analyzed. The patients were di vided into combined surgery group and staged surgery group. The vitrectomy combined with phacoemulsification and IOL implantatlon,was underdone in 16 patients （16 eyes） of combined surgery group. The vitrectomy was underdone in 16 patients （16 eyes） of staged surgery group,when phacoemulsification and IOL implantation would be done at different time. The corneal endothelium ceils densities and ratios of hexagonal cells were observed respectively. Results There were no significant differences between pre-and post-operative corneal endothelium density in both of groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） , and also there were no significant differences between both of groups after surgery （P 〉 0.05）. There were significant differences between pre-and post-operative ratios of hexagonal cells in both of groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and there were no significant differ- ences between both of groups after surgery （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Both of combined and staged surgery can lead to the decreasing of endothelial cells and corneal endothelium morphological change. There is no significant differences in the effects on corneal endothelium between combined and staged surgery in patients with retinopathy and cataract.
