摘要
在EQ6100汽油机上进行的大量试验表明,各种负荷工况下排气再循环(EGR)都能显著降低NOx排放,但HC和CO排放及油耗率随EGR率的变化关系则较为复杂,各工况下存在一个最优EGR率。试验结果还表明,进行EGR时的燃空当量比和点火提前角等参数也需要进行相应的调整和优化。这些措施为设计实用的EGR系统提供了依据。
篗any tests on EQ6100 spark ignition engines show that Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) can signficantly reduce NOx emissions under various operation conditions,but complicated change relationship between EGR and such parameters as fuel consumption, HC and CO, one optimal EGR rate is existed in each operation condition. It also shows the F/A equivalent ratio and ignition advanced angle should be adjusted to optimum when test with EGR. All these methods provide good foundation for the design of useful EGR system.
