摘要
目的:观察补益肝肾与活血通络止痛并重治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:将98例患者随机分为2组各49例,治疗组以独活寄生汤合身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗,对照组以柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗。观察临床疗效与不良反应。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组为95.92%,对照组为69.39%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用补益肝肾与活血通络止痛并重治疗强直性脊柱炎,疗效显著,值得进一步研究和推广。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of therapy of tonifying liver and kidney,activating blood,dredging collaterals and relieving pain for ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods:Ninety - eight AS patients were equally randomized into 2 groups:the treatment group received Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction,and the control group received sulfasalazine tablets(ST).The therapeutic effect and side effects were observed after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 95.92%in the treatment group and 69.38%in the control group, the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Therapy of tonifying liver and kidney,activating blood,dredging collaterals and relieving pain is effective for AS.
