摘要 土壤盐碱化是影响当前农业生产的一项重要问题。丛枝菌根真菌在盐碱土壤中大量分布,它的存在可以增强盐碱植物的生长、促进营养吸收、提高光合作用和抗氧化,同时分析了盐胁迫对丛枝菌根真菌的孢子萌发、菌丝生长、菌根形成和菌根侵染的影响。 Soil salinization is one of the important problem affected agricultural productivity.Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi was widely distribute in salinized soils.It's presence can enhance growth of salinized plants,promote nutrient uptake,and increase both photosynthesis and antioxidation.The present paper also analysed the effects of salt stress on spore germination,hyphal growth,mycorrhizal form and colonization.
