摘要
采用平皿对峙培养等方法对10株耐铜锌木霉菌进行筛选,得到8株抑制率较高的生防菌株,并进行了防治瓜类枯萎病盆栽试验,最终筛选出2株防治效果较好的木霉菌变异株TR123、TR68。结果表明:多数REMI变异株的生防效果优于野生菌株,其中以TR123、TR68生防效果最好,野生木霉菌株中T36生防效果最好。
8 strains were screened out from 10 Trichoderma biocontrol agents resist copper and zinc keep in lab through antagonistic experiments etc.Then 2 strains,TR123 and TR68,were screened from 8 strains through greenhouse experiments.The results showed that:majority REMI mutants' effects of controlling ground vegetable disease were better than wild strains',TR123 and TR68 had the best effects of controlling among the 10 Trichoderma biocontrol agents,and in wild strains T36 had the best effects of controlling.
