摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定驱风合剂中橙皮苷的含量。方法采用Hypersil ODS2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(45:55),检测波长283nm,流速1.0mL.min-1;柱温为常温。结果橙皮苷在4.63～23.16μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.80%。结论该方法可靠、简便、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for content determination of Hesperidin in qufeng mixture by HPLC. Methods A Hypersil ODS2 （250 mm×4.6mm,5 μm） column was used at normal temperature. A mixture of methyl alcohol and water （45 ： 55 ） was used as mobile phase delivered at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 with detection at 283 nm. Results Hesperidin was shown a good liner relationship at the range of 4.63 -23.16μg·mL^-1 （r =0.999 5） with a average recovery at 99.0% and RSD at 1.80%. Conclusion This method is reliable, simple, accurate and can be applied for the quality control of qufeng mixture.
