摘要
文中对地震预测的一些问题提出了看法,认为影响地震预测的诸多因素中,最为关键的问题在于地震成因。利用新的观测技术,发展新的地震成因理论,或将成为地震预测研究取得突破性进展的必经之路。
Some viewpoints about earthquake prediction are presented in this paper. Amongthe various factors of influence over earthquake prediction the most key problem could lie in the causes of earthquakes. The new observation techniques could be developed for investigating the new causes of earthquakes. Maybe this is the only way leading to breakthroughs in the earthquake prediction research.
