摘要
对4×4传输矩阵法进行了详细的推导,并用该方法对三种不同结构磁光子晶体的光学及磁光性质进行了研究,并讨论晶体内电场的空间分布情况.在中心波长720nm处,同时得到了较高的光透射率和法拉第旋转角.
The 4 × 4 transmission matrix method has been deduced in detail. Based on this method, the optical and magneto-optical properties of three different structures of one-dimensional magnetophotonic crystals have been studied. The distribution of the electric field in the crystal has been also calculated. Satisfied optical and magneto-optical properties are obtained at the central wavelength 720nm.
