摘要
采用小型生物接触氧化槽模拟工业化细菌堆浸中浸铀细菌的连续培养,研究生物膜形成过程中Fe2+氧化速率、菌液的产量和溶解氧含量以及氧化槽曝气量的变化情况,探索生物膜的生成、熟化规律。
Continuous culture of uranium-leaching bacteria was carried out to simulate industrialized bio- heap leaching using a small-scale biomembrane oxidizing tank. The oxidation rate of Fez+ , the output of bacteria liquid,the contain of dissolved oxygen and the aeration rate of oxidizing tank are studied during the culture process. The forming and aging rules of biomembrane are also investigated.
