摘要
目的统计分析胎膜早破患者的临床资料,探讨生殖道感染与胎膜早破的关系。方法对我院收治的胎膜早破产妇122例(早破组)及正常妊娠分娩122例(对照组)进行调查和临床资料的收集整理分析。结果对照组与早破组之间比较,早破组假丝酵母菌、解脲支原体感染及细菌性阴道病各单项感染例数,均明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论孕产妇的多种生殖道感染与胎膜早破的发生都有密切的关系。
Objective To explore the relation between the infection in genitourinary tract and the premature rupture of membranes by analyzing the clinic information.Methods collect and analysis the information of 122 patients suffered from premature rupture of membranes, and 122 general gestation women.Resnits The rates of vulvovaginal candidiasis infection, M.urealyticum infection, and bacterial vaginosis in the premature rupture of membranes group were higher than that in the control group P〈0.05 ）, about the.Conclusion The premature rupture of membranes was related to several infection of genitourinary tract.
