摘要
目的探讨解毒祛瘀滋阴方可能的作用机制。方法以MRL/lpr小鼠80只,分成4组采用RT-PCR技术检测各组肾组织ICAM-1和VCAM-1的mRNA表达水平。结果解毒祛瘀滋阴方合用激素组ICAM-1和VCAM-1mRNA表达低于其他各组。结论解毒祛瘀滋阴方合用激素能有效降低MRL/lpr小鼠肾组织ICAM-1和VCAM-1mRNA表达水平。
Objective To study the effect of detoxification-stasis removing-Yin nourishing （DSY） recipe on the mRNA expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in renal tissue in MRUIpr mice. Methods We divided 80 MRUlpr mice into four groups and used RT-PCR to detect the mRNA expression levels of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in the mouse renal tissue in each group. Results The mRNA expression levels of ICAM-1 and VCAM-I in the mouse renal tissue were lower in the DSY recipe plus hormone group than those in other groups. Conclusion The DSY recipe plus hormone can effectively reduce the mRNA expression of MRL/pr mouse kidney tissue ICAM-1 and VCAM-1.
