摘要
通过一条新路线合成了2-(2-羟基苯基)苯并咪唑异硫氰酸酯,对反应条件进行优化,得出较佳反应条件,收率为78.7%.产物通过核磁、红外光谱对其结构进行表征.该路线适合水溶性不好的物质异硫氰酸酯化,进一步拓宽了二硫化碳/重金属盐法在合成异硫氰酸酯中的应用范围.另外,这条路线的整个合成过程,在低于5℃条件下进行,适合合成一些带有活性基团的复杂异硫氰酸酯.
2-(2-hydroxyphenyl )benzazole isothiocyanate was synthesized and a new route was created yield 78.7%. Its structure was characterized by ^1H NMR and IR. The reaction condition was below 5℃. It was suitable to water insoluble compounds and materials with active functional groups. The method concluding carbon disulphide and heavy metallic salt can be used extensively in the synthesis of isothiocyanates.
