摘要
为比较脑星形胶质瘤术后采用单纯放疗及放疗加化疗的疗效。对单纯放疗组33例,放疗加化疗组27例,采用 Kaplan-meier 生存曲线,log-rank 检验来探讨影响其预后的因素。结果证实脑星形胶质瘤术后采用放疗加化疗其疗效显著优于单纯放疗组。
Objective To compare the effect of postoperative radiotherapy alone and radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for malignant astrocytoma.Methods 33 patients received postoperative radiotherapy alone and 27 patients received postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy (VM-26 and/or CCNU).Kaplan-Meier survival curve and Univariate statistical analysis were used to evaluate the prognostic factors.Conclusion Postoperative radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy (VM-26,CCNU) is preferable in the management of malignant astrocytoma.
