摘要 以采用综合技术从鱼油制得的多不饱和脂肪酸乙酯为原料。 Polyunsaturated fatty acid ethyl esters,obtained from fish oil by combining the techniques of saponification,salt crystallization,urea inclusion and vaccum fractional distillation,were used as raw material for the preparation of DHA E with above 99% purity by argentation column chromatography.
