摘要
利用纯品麝香埋藏于BALB/c纯系小鼠恶性肿瘤的同位和异位,并设对照组、单纯麝香无肿瘤组及正常饲养组作对照观察。结果:实验组癌瘤重量、大小,显著小于对照组(P<0.01),本组生存期显著高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组NKIL-2R及T-TR显著高于其它3组,说明麝香具有提高非特异性免疫功能的作用。
To evaluate the effect of musk on malignant tumors,an experiment of subcutaneous embedding of musk in pure bred rats bearing tumor transplant were made. Rats were divided into 4 groups; A)experiment group in which the musk was embedded isotopically and B) heterotopically; C) control in which the musk was either embedded in the rats without tumor, or D) rats with tumor but no musk.The results showed that the weight and the size of tumor in experiment group A,B reduced markedly than those in the control group C ( P <0.01), and that the survival of rats in the treated group was significantly longer than in the control group ( P <0.01). The fact that the values of NK,IL 2R and T TR of the rats with isotopically embedding of musk were significantly higher than the other 3 groups indicates that the musk has the effect in raising the non specific immunity without inflicting toxicity on vital organs even in a large dosage (40 times of the usual dose).
